- 1 muddle
- 1 glass I used a mason jar
Ingredients
- 2 ounces blanco tequila
- 1 tbsp honey simple syrup To make honey syrup, combine equal parts honey and water in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the honey is dissolved. Let cool before using in cocktails.
- 1 slice fresh orange
- 1 slice fresh lemon
- 1 slice fresh lime
- pellegrino or other sparkling water to top off the drink
Instructions
- In a glass, combine orange, lemon and lime slice, and honey syrup. Make sure fruit is deseeded. Muddle the fruit and honey syrup until well muddled and macerated. Add ice and tequila and shake until well combined and chilled. Top with Pellegrino or sparkling water.
